Privacy Policy
Last updated July 1, 2026
The short version: Dillball does not collect your data. There is no account. The matches, players, groups, and stats you create stay on your device and sync only through your own iCloud. We run no server that stores your information. Our App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected."
Who we are
Dillball is made by Handler Labs LLC, a company based in the United States. If you have a question about privacy, email [email protected].
What we collect
Nothing personal. Dillball has no sign-up and no login. The data you enter, such as match scores, player names you type in, groups, and drill progress, is stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device database. If you have iCloud turned on, that data syncs across your own Apple devices through Apple’s private CloudKit, under your Apple Account. We never receive it and cannot see it.
Purchases
If you buy Premium or Lifetime, Apple processes the payment. Purchases run entirely through Apple's StoreKit on your device, and your subscription status is checked on-device. No third-party payment or subscription service is involved. We do not see your payment details; Apple handles those.
What we do not do
- We do not show ads.
- We do not track you across apps or websites.
- We do not sell or share your data.
- We do not require a DUPR ID or any third-party account.
Your privacy rights
Laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, Brazil’s LGPD, Canada’s PIPEDA and Quebec’s Law 25, Japan’s APPI, Korea’s PIPA, Mexico’s LFPDPPP, Australia’s Privacy Act, and India’s DPDP Act give you rights over your personal data. Because Dillball holds none of your personal data on any server we control, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict. You already hold all of it: you can edit or delete any match, player, or group in the app, export your full history to a CSV file, and remove all local data by deleting the app, plus any iCloud copy from your Apple Account settings.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can contact your local data protection authority. In the EU that is your national authority (for example the CNIL in France, the AEPD in Spain, or the Garante in Italy); in the UK the ICO; in Brazil the ANPD; in Quebec the Commission d’accès à l’information; in Japan the PPC; in Korea the PIPC.
No representative required
Because we process no personal data of residents in the EU, the UK, or other regions, we are not required to appoint a local data-protection representative. If Dillball ever begins processing personal data in a way that triggers that duty, we will appoint one and update this policy first.
Quebec residents (Law 25)
The person in charge of the protection of personal information at Handler Labs LLC can be reached at [email protected]. As above, Dillball collects and holds no personal information; this contact is provided so Quebec residents have a named point of contact.
Children
Dillball is a general-audience sports utility and is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children.
International use
Since your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud, it lives wherever Apple stores your iCloud data for your account. We do not transfer your data ourselves because we never hold it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version here. Because we collect no data, changes will usually be small clarifications.
