Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Dillball, an iPhone and Apple Watch app made by Handler Labs LLC. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Dillball on devices you own or control, for your own pickleball scorekeeping and organizing. This is a license, not a sale, and it is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to apps from the App Store.

Subscriptions and payment

Dillball is free to keep score. Premium features are available through an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Apple processes all payments. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. The annual plan includes a free trial; you can cancel before it ends to avoid a charge. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple subscription settings, not through us. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Acceptable use

Use Dillball for its intended purpose. Do not try to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and do not use it to break any law.

Not affiliated, not official

Dillball is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USA Pickleball, DUPR, or any other governing body. Rules content is provided to help you learn the game. For official rules and ratings, check the relevant governing body.

The app is provided as is

We work hard to make Dillball accurate and reliable, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Handler Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app grows. When we do, we will change the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
